Key Engineering Takeaways for Partners
In many states, we can provide Engineering Services as part of our partnership program. Through our partnership, we can provide your clients Engineering answers to complicated issues through analytical means. Through Noble, can provide your clients with foundation analysis, truss repairs, and load bearing wall evaluations. We partner with all types of home inspection companies to provide a seamless service that generally includes:
Providing many types of Engineering Evaluations.
Providing a white-labeled service (to the extend legally allowable) allowing home inspection companies to present their own company (and logo) while maintaining Noble as the Engineer.
48 hour turnaround on most projects.
FLAT FEE regardless of area, foundation, or size of the structure. Taking advantage of ancillary cashflow (charge what you want and can demand!).
Integration with home inspection software, templates, training, and onboarding through our Engineering Partners University. We can integrate with all home inspection softwares (Spectora, HIP, ISN, Palmtech, and even MS Word).
So…. what's the real catch to providing our services:
Home inspectors (or the company) must have or be willing to obtain a ZipLevel PRO-2000B or better (~$775 new / $600 used) to provide accurate elevation measurements. We have some options for you if cost is a concern.
Home inspectors must integrate our template questions with their software. We provide a template you can use stand-alone or can incorporate into your own templates you already use.
Home inspectors must be trained by Noble to provide accurate visual and measurement data. This includes a 2-hour (approximately) free digital course (Noble Engineering Partners University).
Home Inspectors will gather the data we need in our format after training. The average time it takes to gather our information is 45 minutes stand-alone or 30 minutes paired with your home inspection.
The price we charge you is FLAT. It does not fluctuate with size of the home or complexity. You charge what you want to charge based on field conditions and workload. The average Engineering Evaluation by our competitors is $600+ and does not include some of the visuals and computations that we provide.
