Confined Spaces

A confined space is any area with limited entry/exit, poor ventilation, or potential for hazardous atmospheres — including crawlspaces, attics, and cisterns.

Never enter a confined space if you detect unusual odors, see standing water with unknown substances, or feel lightheaded.

Always tell someone (client, agent, or office) before entering a confined space so they know your location.

Keep a clear path to your exit at all times. Do not allow debris or equipment to block your way out.

If conditions change while you are inside (e.g., air quality, structural sounds), exit immediately.

Your safety is our priority — taking these steps can prevent dangerous situations during your inspections.
