Keep your phone charged and accessible at all times during an inspection. Ensure you have signal or Wi-Fi.

If an emergency occurs (injury, fire, structural collapse), call 911 first, then notify the Noble office at (832) 551-1397.

Inform the office of your inspection schedule daily. Check in if an inspection runs significantly longer than expected.

If you feel unsafe at any point — whether due to a person, animal, or structural condition — leave the property and contact the office.

Know the address of the property you are inspecting at all times in case you need to provide it to emergency services.
